The exhibition of kengo Kuma has been designed specifically by teh japanese Architect, honor guests of the Biennial, at the Palazzo della Ragione.
The project, curated in collaboration with the architect Carlotta Bevilacqua, consists of two massive structures, lightweight fabric, that recall the shape of the carp and that with a footrest baclight glass shield the screen for the most important works, involving the public in a original, artistic and emotioal masterfully combining ancient and modern, the tradition and innovation.
The use of the carp, that in Japan is the symbol of the life, represents for Kengo Kuma the link between the new design and the tradition, as well as an ideal bridge between Italy and Japan.
