The Jury found in the winning project the two significant essential qualities: semplicity and humilty.
Without any kind of inclination or ostentation, this project, located at Hokkaido in Japan, was created to fulfil its function in the rural  world.
Wth a certain magic, the project unites its anarchic setting.
This work performs its function skillfully and authentically. One of the outstanding qualities of the project is the balance it achieves between volume and space, creating a superb dialog between void and solid.
With its three levels of  height, the  setting of this work seeks to harmonize this area and enhance its rural features to the full.
